Buttery taste, soft spreading
I decided to try a "plant" butter to cut down on cholesterol. I was very surprised that LIKED the buttery taste of this spread. Its texture is soft and easily spreadable on bread or toast. I use it mostly on toasted sourdough bread with a light sprinkle of cinnamon. It melts quickly on steamed vegetables. The lid snaps securely to help keep it fresh. I haven't tried it for baking. If you want to try a substitute for butter, I think you'll like this Country Crock plant butter with olive oil.

Great taste and texture, next best thing to butter
Nothing beats real butter, but this plant butter with olive oil comes close. The taste is good, the texture is soft and melts well for fryng and for baking, and it doesn't make toast soggy like some other non-animal based spreads do. Also, the price is acceptable.

this is the best no plant butter I've ever had as a matter of fact I've never had any of it until I tried this one and it is so good it melts easily, tastes great, and low and sodium and cholesterol. this is definitely going to be my go-to instead of butter
