Love,love,love my expresso machine!

I purchased the semi-automatic expresso machines from Kitchenaid.I could not be any happier with them. They make perfect cappuccino and other drinks. I have to control myself when it comes to making more as I could drink the cappuccino all day long.I am so glad that I chose Kitchenaid.

Bad purchase

I bought this product two weeks ago. Worst purchase ever. It's not working properly. It's bulky and noisy. Couldn't return, even though they advertise 60 days free returns. It turned out the product shouldn't be opened. Plus yesterday I left a poor review and it didn't show up on their website.

No Power

I bought this product just over 4 months ago, and it was working great, until it wasn't. I went to turn it on to use it this morning with no luck. I tried a power reset, etc. I love KitchenAid products, but this one is a bust. Bummer!
