I cut up a lot of vegetables and since I have small hands, the usual sized knives do not allow for a smooth cutting action so it slows me down. I lost my favorite knife, who knows where. I purchased this knife recently and totally love it. I like the idea that it sharpens itself. It peeled my potatoes, carrots, celery fast and easy. Also great for cutting raw and cook meats. I am completely satisfied and would recommend this knife!!

Big little knife.

Love the feel of the handle and the design. The blade from the package will almost shave hair it's so sharp. The plastic sheath I don't need because I have a knife block holding the knives I actually use in the kitchen, but if you need one it's well made and a good fit. Overall this knife fits that obsolete word 'cheap'....It's price is reasonable and for the quality I'd say a bargain.
