I seriously fell involve with this knife at first use! This cut so smooth like butter , I am so glad I have the 6 and 5inch in this knife! They have easily became a favorite to use ! Even the look of the knife is very clean. Who knew that ceramic could cut so amazing ! Its no wonder this type of knife is out of stock! This is a great knife, especially for the price!! It is super sharp and a great weight. Slices right through everything I have used it on (veggies/meat). I love the color!!
