Put some pressure on the scale to awake it after installing the batteries, you will see the model number of the scale showing on your Renpho health app, click to connect. Put the scale on a hard and even floor, step on it with bare feet, stand still and wait for 20 seconds, you will see 13 detailed measurements, including body water, bone mass, metabolic age, weight, BMI, body fat, BMR, and so on showing on the app.
