First this is really nice looking , very impressive. Love the ceramic finish vs the non stick surface. It also has a corner spout to drain of excess grease - or water etc. it cooks amazing , I fried catfish for my first time use and the coating on the fish was so crispy , much better than a frying pan or air fryer. The ceramic surface is perfect .

100/10 I was a bit skeptical because of some of the bad reviews and being a beginner at cooking but this skillet works perfectly and better than I expected very easy to put together all you need is a screwdriver the temperatures go from warm to hot but 300 on warm is perfect temperature to cook and is as hot as cooking on a stove once you turn it off it definitely stays warm for a while maybe turn it off or down five minutes before your food is perfectly cooked so that it doesn’t burn I’m so happy with my purchase and with the price I paid

I have used Many Electric skillets over the years to feed a family of 4 and i have to say i really like this one.. It heats very quickly, its a great size to feed 4 to 6 people.. Its very easy to clean I recommend it for sure.
