Complementary bean marriage, and winning combo!

These beans got shoved in a corner following purchase only to be discovered today. They are surprisingly good. The texture was more on the delicate side, and no one bean dominated the other beans. I spiced them with cumin and basil, and served over rice. Very nice blend of kidney, pinto, and black beans that I hope to enjoy again soon. (Imagine how much work it would take to cook each bean yourself!)
