Love that GV has organic options, especially in bulk. I love chick peas. Add to salads with artichoke hearts and cucumber, make a 3 bean salad with green and kidney, roast as snacks. The healthy possibilities are endless. These are great texture and value

I highly recommend this Walmart brand of garbanzo organic beans. It has great taste and I don't think it's too salty and the texture is just right. I find it very convenient to use when I don't have time to cook my own dried garbanzo beans. I just open the can and pour it into soups and I love making hummus with it. There are so many other recipes that you can make that are delicious with garbanzo beans as well. This is definitely a go to purchase every week when I go to Walmart!

pan fry them with some oil

I drain these In a srainer and rinse them out then pan fry them in some olive oil with some organic spinach, maybe with some mozzarella of I'm feeling sassy. I love it --not for everyone I'm sure. garbanzos take so long to boil I prefer buying the cans. my dogs like these too -- good for dogs. might make them gassy.
