Hello, my name is Jerry. I'm 76 years old and I have dietary needs and I use this and much of my meals because of a flavor and gives me the crunch and the texture you can eat them individually, but I use them in salads and other things sometimes I can't eat so I had it to cottage cheese with a little green onions and it gives it flavor and the value is amazing. It goes a very long ways. It doesn't take much but I use a little more than I should and it doesn't interfere with my digestive system, it's just a wonderful product all the way around value today that's important for families and for definitely old people on fixed income so thank you folks for bringing back some of the old honest and fair trade. I gave more stars even though I shouldn't have on my last order due to the packaging an that product was busted open due to packaging being destructed and torn when I received it and all over I was unable to use . But will give the product itself as I use this brand and usually will purchase in store I give it a good rating .
