This is my second set of these pans as I love them so much. I also ordered my dad a set as he needed some replacement pans for his gravy and eggs. When I compare the quality to the set bought years ago it is literally the same. I bought two other brands for replacments and noticed their quality had changed and returned them so I was so happy when I took these out of the box and felt the weight right away. I knew then that this set was being kept! I am not usually brand loyal when it comes to pans as I buy whatever has the quality I want but I have more of this brand than any other in my cabinet. Nice weight, super easy cleanup, you can virtually just wipe them out. Handles do not get hot. They do not lift up while using.
