The jar fills and cleans easily, freezer-safe, and useful for a variety of baby foods, in addition to the traditional use with jams and sauces. The jar is embossed with a swirling script spelling out 'Quattro Stagioni' (Four Seasons). Use if for a colorful food display or as a vessel for homemade food gifts. Of course, one of the more common uses today is to hold herbal remedies, tonics, and syrups. Your imagination only limits you! The Quattro Stagioni floral design decorates the gold lid in black. The interior seal of the air-tight lid is guaranteed to keep freshness in and air out so it can even be used for home canning projects. Instructions for home canning come with each bottle. It is made in Italy.
