don't trust Walmart to get your item to you undamaged or at least the package in one piece. I would say the package was damaged in transit except that the outside box was fine, but the product box was shredded. so the item was scratched, yet they had to know as you couldn't put a new item in a new box and have the inside box shredded but the packing box in perfect condition. It was too bad as it was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but i will be returning it.
