Instructions
COOKING: Using Conventional Oven: Pre-heat oven to 425°F. Place marinated chicken pieces in the middle of the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Pull the chicken pieces out and brush chicken pieces with butter using a pastry/silicon brush. Turn over the chicken pieces and place it back in the oven and continue to cook for 15 more minutes. Check if the chicken is cooked. Pull the chicken pieces out. Squeeze fresh lime/lemon. Serve it with circular sliced onion. Using BBQ Grill: Pre-heat grill and place marinated chicken on the grill. Cook with lid covered on medium flame for few minutes. When one side is cooked turn it over and brush with butter using a pastry/silicon brush. Let the other side cook. Remove chicken from grill after it is properly cooked. Squeeze fresh lime/lemon. Serve it with circular sliced onion. Using Skillet/ Frying Pan: Heat skillet/pan and brush with butter. Place marinated chicken pieces in the skillet/pan. Cook in low/medium flame for a 5 minutes. Cover pan and cook till the underside is dark brown. Turn over the pieces and cook till underside is dark brown. Check if chicken is cooked. Remove from skillet/pan. Squeeze fresh lime/lemon. Serve it with circular sliced onion.
