I've never used this pre-made icing. It is thick enough to use as frosting. This icing tastes amazing and I will never make vanilla frosting again!!! The texture is perfect. You can thicken it up and pipe roses and any other things that need a little stiffer consistency.

I am a baker and I love homemade icing and such but when in a pinch or dealing with piggy flavor pallet or just needing something quick, I love this product. It is consistently the same every single time. It's easy to also change the consistency of it say I wanna do something thicker or thinner using the right message you're able to do so it is easy to color. It is easy to pipe it is easy to transform to another flavor… Possibilities are endless with this thank you wilton!
