You Gotta Try These!!
I love the taste and texture of these bars. I eat one almost every morning. I remember the first time I tried one. I was very hangry and I remembered I had this in my emergency kit at work. Let me tell you, it was delicious and brought me back to my happy place. I also felt like I had a burst of energy. I use it as a meal replacement for breakfast now and it lasts me until it's time for lunch. Love me some Bob's Red Mill Bars.
Love These Things
These bars are very good product. I like the chocolate/peanut butter/oats one the best. Nutritionally, I think they're pretty good and to make them even better, it would be great if Bob could find a way to cut down on the added sugars.(and calories). They do not need to be so sweet. I have to be careful to not eat them so frequently; it becomes a habit to chow down on them after lunch!
A peanut butter chocolate fix in a oat bar
The `Peanut Butter Chocolate` flavor combines the great quality Bob's Red Mill oats with peanut butter (the predominant flavor) and delicious mini chocolate chips (that give a nice extra texture to these otherwise soft chewy bars). I really enjoy that the bars are not overly sweet and the chips have a somewhat indulgent dark chocolate liquor vibe. The bars come with simple natural ingredients and are quite filling and energizing without the sugar rush most granola bars give me. It's hard to create a product that pleases everyone (I'm for example quite iffy around tapioca syrup), but this bar makes a nice treat or on the go mini-meal for me.
