One of the bottles arrived damaged and empty. I was upset and called the supplier He handled me perfectly. He stayed calm and apologized. He asked for a picture which I sent and he called and said he was sorry and could see from the bottle that it was definitely damaged and sent me a new one right away. Very professional and since it is a product that is difficult to get, I will by all means use them again. You are lucky to have them as a supplier.

HUGE fan of Bona. This stuff shines my floors like no other! I do like the Cedar smell bona option, It is more $ so I'll only purchase that every once in a while. This stuff is the best and have been using Bona for over 10 years now on my floors!

Great product. It's been one week and the floor looks better than it has in several years. However the prepping I did was the tough pasty. Sweep-Dust mopped-and wet mopped before I put this product down.
