Fresh mustard greens

I havent been able to find GV canned mustard greens since covid so on occasion I will mkae these from fresh. Boiled in bacon grease and salt. (southern cook here) I forgot to remove the stems and thought I could cook them until they got tender but 40 minutes later waited for them to cool and then removed the stems and had to reheat. These are very good. One "batch" of them is enough for 2 people, we had a little left over.

shoppers for your delivery orders need to be trained in produce selection! mustard greens as a rule are not supposed to be yellow.. nor are turnip greens nor collards. and the butt end of romaine lettuce is not supposed to be brown and slimy. why choose a product for a customer that you wouldn't take home yourself???

Mustards and Kale are not the same Greens

I dislike the fact that when I order mustards greens they send me Kale . I want a refund because they are not same Greens nor do they taste the same also Stop sending me Kale if I didn't substitute it for my mustard greens once again and make it clear to the store shoppers and all other employees!
