while it doesn't have a brush i gave it 5* in that category for the ease if blending. I basically use it in the corner of my eyes to lighten an otherwise dark area even when using concealer, and it works much better. i don't recommend using it on your waterline even though they say it's safe (why take the chance) and because the tip at the pencil is wider than an eyeliner pencil or lip liner you will need a sharpener so you can sharpen the pencil as needed

I mean it's not bad. I'm going to use it because I paid for it and I don't want to waste money. It does brighten the inner corners of my eyes very nicely. However, if you do not take your time with it and blend it just perfectly, it smudges and will also leave flakes. Yes I would recommend to a make up pro who knew what they were doing. No I would not recommend to a makeup newbie who was just hoping for miracles.
