Great Product with Good Feature
I have been using this product for past few weeks and this is one of the best cookware in my kitchen collection. This works fine with both induction and gas top . The good part is it's deep and comes with a lid . Oil consumption is less, easy cleaning and doesn't burn food easily . I highly recommend this product

More than just utilitarian-aesthetically pleasing
I finally had to replace my Analon Advance set that I've had for many, many years. Mostly, I needed the frying pans and sauté pans, but I like the indigo color so much I bought the set. They are everything I have come to expect from this brand. They are a little lighter than my other set, which is fine by me! It makes them easier to handle! I'm so pleased with them.

First-Rate Equipment for Serious Cooks
This is my second set. I bought the first several years ago, and it is holding up well, performing brilliantly. The extra pieces give me versatility, and back-ups for my most heavily used pans. I've owned other high-end cookware, including some prestige brands, but these are my go-to for most tasks. They may not have snob appeal, but they are satisfying to use and easy to care for, I also bought two of the 2 - 1/2 quart sauciers, which I use frequently and recommend. This cookware withstood abuse on a high-BTU professional stove in my previous kitchen, and now works beautifully on the induction cooktop in my current kitchen. I could not be more satisfied.
