Sauder Palladia L-Shaped Desk, Wind Oak Finish

We purchased this desk for our office. The desk arrived on time in two boxes. One of the boxes was badly damaged. Poor handling by the delivery service I am sure. If we had been home at the time of the delivery, we would have refused it. In the end, we only had to request a replacement of 4 pieces. Sauder's customer service is outstanding. We received the new pieces and my husband put the desk together. This is a little time-consuming, but the directions and labeling of all parts make it very doable. We did have to replace one more piece that arrived flawed, but again Sauder sent the new piece out within a couple of days. The desk looks great, is very solid, and has plenty of storage for our needs. Thank you, Sauder. I would recommend their products and customer service without hesitation.

spent the day putting the desk together this past weekend with my brother and my son. It is extremely well made and solid! It does take a day to put together with multiple people for sure but worth it in the end. The only issue I have is that the packaging for the hardware is not good and it is hard to tell which part is which easily. And some of the wood parts of the desk are labeled with part number and some are not. When you open the bag to get the screws you have can no longer see the part number on the bag so it is hard to go back and find the screw again when you need it later. All in all, awesome well made desk but I would have the engineers label parts much easier for people to be able to see and use more effectively.
