[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For those who are trying to limit fried foods, this product is a good solution. My first co was fries coconut shrimp. They were a real treat. Possibly not as crunchy as fried but still great. My favorite is that you can make small portions quickly. We all know that fried left overs get mushy. Try some sweet potatos. Much better than baking them!
