Gluten-Free Muffin Mix

I made the gluten-free muffins for my husband to take to some friends. He came back empty-handed and said everyone loved them. They are the best gluten-free muffins I've ever had. They even taste better than some gluten-full muffins. I added a cup of fresh blueberries I had in the fridge. They were good. Leave it to King Arthur to even make a good gluten-free muffin! These muffins are a great dish for any event.

Easy tasty gf treat for anyone

I do not have to eat gluten free. I bake without gluten for 4 family members. They love all of the King Arthur goodies I use. I also gift them your products so that they can bake with them. Family members with no gluten problem also enjoy the flavors. The single serves are an extra treat they love. They're just the right size and warm, tasty, and chewy right out of the microwave.
