This muffin mix is fantastic! Almost any muffin flavor be made from this mix. Classic blueberry, banana, orange, peanut butter, chocolate chip, etc...We have tried a dozen flavors and every one was great! As long as I stick to the recipe proportions it bakes up perfect. The texture is firm and wonderfully moist. I've even used it in my waffle iron for special birthday muffin waffles. King Arthur gluten-free mixes make a G-free life worth living.

I just switched to a gluten-free diet and up until I tried these I was having a hard time finding things that were gluten-free and tasted good. These little brownie cups are soooo yummy. I couldn't wait to dig in. The flavor is super chocolaty and right out of the microwave they are so gooey. Total bliss if you love chocolate, I can't believe they're gluten-free. The little cups cost about $2.50 each but the flavor is huge and totally worth it.
