First, the oversized 1.0" LCD readout displays the temperature boldly and clearly down to the tenth of a degree. Other features include an ultra-thin thermometer tip, handy pocket/storage sleeve that can also be used as a handle extension, and an F/C conversion switch. Combined with a temperature range that reaches a high 482 degrees Fahrenheit, this thermometer will become one of the most useful precision tools in the kitchen. Helpful hints: digital thermometers are not meant to be left in food during cooking. The plastic and electronic components could be damaged with excessive heat. Important: thermometer will be hot after use. Use potholders or oven mitts when handling hot thermometer.

Meat and Grill Thermometer
I have tested a wide range of thermometers over the last few years. Since I'm older the large numbers are great I don't have tp have my glasses with me lol. This is a great addition to my grill set, I like it has a hanging part so you can attach to an apron.
