Spoiled product

Though this candy has an expiration date of October 2026, it has gone off, possibly due to bad shipping or storage. The bars lack the usual shine, and there is a white frost on parts of the chocolate, especially on the nuts. It tastes of almost nothing besides sugar. If I had purchased it in the store, I would have asked for a refund on the spot. I would still like one... what do I do? Bob Davis
