This cream is very thick and moisturizing. It's has a similar texture to a lot of creams made for eczema that I've tried. I like it because this doesn't have a strong smell. After a few applications I find my skin is far smoother and softer when I use it consistently. It doesn't help with redness. It's not greasy at all. Its gets soaked into up into the skin. It's it a little pricy but you get a lot of product in the tub & it lasts a significant amount of time.
