I do not like cherry-flavoured anything. I accidentally bought this for cookies. Thank god I did. The flavour is so good. My daughters do not like Cherry either, and they loved it. This has become our favourite spread to use on Toast, Bagels, English Muffins, Etc. Highly recommend this.

Smuckers…the taste of home
This stuff is sooooo good. Everyone who stops by for breakfast at my place knows it, too. It is the BEST…on toast, biscuits, PB%26J. I love to stir a spoonful into my plain Greek yogurt….or put it on top of pancakes. It has chunks of real tart cherries in it….just like Mom would make, if she wasn't off playing Bingo at the VFW. This is just purely delicious. I don't know what else to say. The texture is just perfect…like homemade preserves…not too sweet, and a hint of tartness. Kinda like your Dad, after being married to your Mom for 60 plus years. So give this stuff a try….it'll put the pep in your step.

My favorite fruit spread
Smucker's Red Tart Cherry is NOT THE SAME as regular Smucker's cherry preserves. It is 1000 times better. It's very thick, loaded with gigantic pieces of cherries, and does not have the gooey-ness or liquidity of preserves made with high fructose corn syrup. The word TART in the description is misleading...I think a better word might be TANGY. This is so delicious, it's hard not to just eat it with a spoon by itself. I've used it as a filling between layers when baking cakes. Just wonderful.
