The Rock's unique patent-pending Rock.Tec manufacturing process uses small metal pellet impact technology to modify the surface to form an ultra-durable rock-like finish. The result is an outstanding release performance 3x better than traditional nonstick cookware. The extra thick forged aluminum base gives you everything you need for optimum heat distribution and ease of use. It’s oven safe on broil up to 450°F without lid and up to 350°F with lid. The lid is tempered glass with steam release vent. It’s easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
