I prepare most of my family's meals. Fortunately, what I like most others do as well. This gives me great pleasure and motivation to try new recipes and different ways to cook and bake. Because of this, I've received gifts and purchased many kitchen appliances. Encluding the most functional stove I could afford. The various countertop appliances are very appealing for obvious reasons. Most have performed as advertised. Before I purchased the Bravo XL, I had experience with one of it's competitors. It failed to satisfy my needs and perform as expected. But I was still focused on finding one that would. After an extensive search and comparison shopping online, I chose the Bravo XL. There are many reasons why. Maybe too many to list. I think every shopper should have their own reasons. But one of it's best features was it's program panel and display. It leaves very little guessing about choosing the right settings. This Thanksgiving I used the Bravo XL to prepare four casseroles, yeast rolls, a sheet cake and a home made sweet potato pie. I used my stove to keep some items warm. Oh, I forgot. My granddaughter made a pan of brownies as well. It was a traditional family gathering, a traditional bounty to share and a new and great way to cook and bake. There are no disappointments.
