We were pleasantly surprised at how tasty this cooked ground beef is. It is seasoned well. There is a good bit of light liquid (tallow) which keeps it moist in the can. For our first use, we made tacos and it was just as good as using fresh ground beef, plus it was faster, since it was already cooked.
