Very good choice

I needed this shelf to hold a 3 gallon water supply (about 25 pounds) and it is an excellent choice. It is sturdy enough to hold a lot more weight, maybe twice as much. It looks great, and gives me plenty of room underneath for other storage. the only problem was that the directions do not tell you that the sockets for the legs are tapered and the legs and spacers will only fit one way. The spacers have an arrow that points "up", but from the picture of the unit itself it is hard to tell which way is "up". It would have saved me a few minutes if I had known, but that is a very minor detail. I am well pleased.

I have been able to store numerous books and even a laptop and briefcase with the help of these shelves. The look is very nice, even in a rustic wood setting. The shelves have a nice weight capacity and fit perfectly in any nook and cranny you can use for storage.
