I was skeptical because it's so hard, but it removed stains from my toilet that have been annoying me for years but wouldn't yield to toilet cleaner and regular scrubbing. I'm very happy with it. It does make rather an awful noise when you use it but I started to get used to it and it's actually really relaxing to use.

Our toilet is over 15 years old and still looks like new because we clean it with the traditional bathroom cleaners and a brush. In the past month or so we noticed a slight discoloration of a ring and some barely seen streaks in the back. I read about pumice stones being used to clean. I ordered these two and as soon as they arrived used one on the toilet. In a few seconds of rubbing, the stains/marks were gone and also the hard water stains in the back of the toilet. I was amazed that these stones did that good a job so quickly. Since the porcelain in the toilet is much harder than the pumice stones, there is no problem with scratching the surface. This worked where a whole lot of different cleaners did not. A fantastic value.
