My family has trusted Gerber for over 60 years. We appreciate no added sugars or salt. I rated taste, etc, based on baby's reaction/acceptance of the food. I also tasted it but for most adults it would be considered bland. But, if I or a family member ever need a bland diet for a while Gerber would be on my list! LOL.
