I purchased the Medicool Pro Power 20k Professional Electric Nail File through Walmart from a third-party seller listed as "WhiteCow." Unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating from the start. Non-existent Support: The packaging included a contact number that was completely useless, and after searching online, there is no trace of this specific seller or a way to reach them for troubleshooting. Defective Hardware: The unit was never able to be used. Upon attempting the initial charge, the device immediately showed a blinking red light. This typically indicates a dead or "bricked" lithium battery, likely caused by the product sitting in storage for far too long before being sold. Return Process: I have returned the item to Walmart, who is now forwarding it back to the third party. At this stage, I am very unhappy with this purchase. If the refund process is handled quickly and without further issues, I will likely update this review. For now, I would recommend being cautious when purchasing high-end professional equipment like the Pro Power 20k from unverified third-party vendors.
