They help maximize the use of the primary pad, so you only have to change the booster pad, and can continue to wear the main incontinence product. When worn inside a host garment, these incontinence pads help avert odors, skin rashes, and nighttime changes, offering long-wearing comfort. Reduce the number of brief or disposable underwear changes throughout the day and night with these pads. They're convenient to wear and adjustable, with an adhesive strip at the back that fastens the disposable pad to your protective underwear. Each pad measures 2 3/4 inches x 10 1/2 inches and fits most adults. A single booster pad can hold 5.7 ounces of urine.

My regular incontinence briefs weren't enough for when I first get up in the morning. Have added one of these, and they really do soak up a lot! The only noticeable difference in comfort I found is that the briefs feel a little bulkier, but otherwise very comfortable.
