Cook to desired firmness, stirring frequently, about 8-9 minutes (expect foam). 3. Strain, rinse with warm water, and return Banza to warm pot. 4. Add ��� cup unsweetened dairy-free milk, then sprinkle cheese overtop. Mix well and enjoy! (optional: add 2 tbsp vegan butter for a richer flavor).

Wow—surprisingly on point. The sauce is tangy, salty, and satisfying. I got out a bunch of ingredients thinking it would need to be doctored, but it didn't need anything (even Annie's needs a little sauce sometimes.) So great to know how good this is.
