I have used this seveal times now. It works great so far. I love that it cleans carpet and hard flooring. It also navigates under the couch. It hasn't gotten stuck yet, even when it rolls over my throw rugs and a couple of cat toys. Its not super loud, but it is louder than I thought it would be, still quiter than a normal vacuum. The cats were scared of it the first couple of times but they're getting used to it unlike my regular vacuum tha makes them run in terror. So gar, so good. I'm glad I bought it.

This app requires you to put in your credit card number and charges you a monthly fee to use the weekly/monthly programming option. If you're not comfortable doing that, the vacuum is not programmable and uses a basic hand-held remote for use.
