Holy Grail

Did some research, found out this could help for women with PCOS, and I can't recommend it enough. I drink it with the EHP Labs OxyShred, it does have a bit of a salty taste, but it's not too noticeable. Good quality, comes with a little scooper as well which I love as part of the packaging. It is a small container in comparison to the EHP Labs OxyShred, but the dosage is smaller, so it makes sense.

Great

Much smaller than I expected (I actually think the size is nice it is more portable) Dunno why I expected a huge tub of it haha! I tried it twice so it is a bit too soon to notice some changes. I mix two scoops of it with my oxyshred for energy before working out. Didn't drink it without oxyshred so I am unsure of how it tastes alone.

Carnitine

Good for the gym but I didn't like the taste of it. It's good to take before the gym and the size is small but it will last long as the dosage is small.
