This one has stitch lines dividing the gel into long pockets so that when it's heated it stays in place. It stays flat and doesn't wad up and I love that. It also helps my lower back pain a great deal. It's versatile so that you can use it on your neck, shoulder, back and other areas. I would definitely purchase again and highly recommend.
