Authentic Couscous from Kartage - delicious

Authentically North African Couscous or Seksu as it is called in some Arab countries. The grain is very delicate and small and needs less steaming/cooking. Would you also have medium couscous from Kartage? I would prefer medium as it does not clump as fast. Thank you.
