This product is plant based so I could try it. It has a pleasant taste that is not too sweet and has a jellylike consistency.. It is important to follow the instruction of manipulating the product within the pouch prior to opening as it much easier to dispense the jelly. At only 5 calories it is an awesome snack when you are feeling for something sweet. Once you satisfy your craving you realize after some time has passed that it aids in stopping you from mindless eating. Would recommend this produc.
