I use this powder for a lot of different things, including baking and just daily general use. My favorite use is to blend a scoop of the powder with some heavy cream to make a protein whipped cream for my coffee in the morning. No need to add sweetener! The taste is exceptional

I've been using this every morning during a long period of illness and I know I can rest assured that it covers me during times I am not eating as much as I should. The taste is so good I never tire of it. I blend half of a banana, plain whole yogurt, cold coffee and the powder, then I top it with a large scoop of coffee ice cream. You need to serve it very cold. You can always return it to the refrigerator to get it cold and the taste gets even better and creamier with the melted ice cream
