I have very sensitive, dry skin. This is the only acid-based cream moisturizer I can use without issues. I prefer to apply it at night before bed on a clean moist face. The wrinkles look less defined right away. Skin feels moisturized and smoother in the morning. It doesn't remove wrinkles, of course. But, it does make my skin look smoother and fuller.
