The product was fine but who ever delivered the package left it on my porch in the pouring rain without even ringing my doorbell. Needles to say the box was a soggy wet mess it fell apart when i picked it up. The seat inside was also wet on one end. After i dried it out i front of a fan the seat was satisfactory although it being a gift not having the box it came it made it look like it was second hand merchandise. Even the instruction pamphlet go wet and was all wrinkled and swelled up like it was old or used.
