Great morning and midday drink

Drink this every morning. Haven't been able to take my vitamins and minerals for the past 2 months. So I started drinking this for the last of my vitamin intake. I whip it in the blender and sometimes add couple slices of banana. YUMMO. I only wish they could lower the carbs. Is very filling also with just the right about of protein .If they could do that I'd drink it twice a day .

Still Good After 50 Years

This stuff has been around for more than 50 years, originally under the name "Carnation Instant Breakfast." I used to drink it as a teenager, later as a young adult before heading to work. It makes a pretty good quick breakfast if you're pressed for time, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for an ongoing daily meal. The "milk chocolate" version still has the same tasty, creamy flavor - the big difference is that it now costs about 500% more than it did when it first hit the store shelves all those decades ago.
