Product Warranty Statement Effective January 1, 2012 General All products sold by Shepherd Hardware Products are warranted against defects in material and performance for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If you believe the hardware product you purchased has a hardware or manufacturing defect, or has failed during normal use during the warranty period, please contact Shepherd Hardware Products at (269) 756-3830 for assistance. limitations This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from customer actions, such as mishandling, operation outside design limits, improper application, improper repair, or unauthorized modifications. No other warranty is explicit or implicit.
