I purchased this for our RV as I never trust campground water to drink. This machine replaces our top-loader we had for several years. The first thing I love is that we don't have to lift 5-gallon jugs and quickly flip them. Not easy for seniors! Followed the directions completely for installation. Super easy. The water comes out MUCH quicker than our last one and is super cold!! The hot water heated up really quickly and was very hot. The safety button on it is awesome to protect when the grandchildren are visiting. I wish I had bought this a couple years ago!

Definitely worth the purchase!
I love it overall! Makes life so much easier and I spend less money filling up the jugs than buying water bottles. The hot side is hot enough for tea and ramen noodles. The cold side is refreshingly cold. The hot water has a safety button. When you get hot water it has a preset amount and then stops. So if you need a lot of hot water you'll have to keep redoing it. The cold water side will continuously go while pushing the paddle. I do wish the paddles were a little higher so I could sit taller cups to fill up or the machine itself was a little taller lol. But that's my only complaints!

Works great and looks great. A few days ago, it did a random jerking movement once, but it went away and could have been caused by anything. One thing I will mention is that the instructions warn against completely emptying the tank, and recommend changing the water as soon as the light turns red to avoid overheating. Because of that, there's usually about 30 oz of water left in the container when replacing the bottle.
