No more plastic water bottles delivers your water cold and it even has a hot water department so you can just take your tea cup for anything over there. I would love it. Wish I had bought years ago plus Walmart has refills at a very reasonable price for your machine.

The item is usable, but I'm 6 feet five and it is 3 to 4 feet terrible for my back. The drainage faucets are built too far back in the unit and it's hard to receive water from the faucets. There's no light from the system and the storage bin is not refrigerated and you cannot get bottle of water inside the storage bin. I think this company needs to go back to the drawing board. I spent too much money for it. Good luck with your product thank you.
