Organic California Sushi Rice

Rice is usually paired with beans or some other protein. This brand of rice could be the "main event" at a meal. It is so consistently delicious! If you have a rice cooker with a short-grain setting, it's especially easy to cook this rice so that it has the correct stickiness without being mushy. Rice in bins at my local store is less expensive, but this rice is worth the price. I like it even better than ice cream (ha ha).

I was looking for some good rice to use it to make sushi, and this one is perfect for my agenda! The quality is great, the texture of the rice is just what I wanted and it tastes delicious. The package is a little smaller than I expected. But overall I would definitely recommend to try it out
