I love to use my homemade Chai Latte mix and the herbal tea of my choice to make a Honey Lavender Chai Latte. Or a Cinnamon Apple Chai Latte. This combination of teas gives me variety, and I can adjust any of the ingredients in the latte mix. I am not a fan of instant tea, but when I use a tea that I have selected my latte goes from ordinary to extraordinary! Give it a try. I'm sure you will taste the difference.

I put these teas in my med kit. this year has been medical chaos, so it pays to have a supply of teas that gives you a reason to sit down and take a minute to decompress from all the demands and that doesn't even count cold flu and covid crud season coming up so I have got a supply ready for when it happens because if you are going to be out in the world it's going to happen and I won't be able to get out and get my supplies then.
